What we do

WIN is a showcase for images taken by a small group of like-minded enthusiasts during their travels through the natural landscapes of their own countries and while abroad, notably in sub-Saharan Africa, where the scenery, animals and birdlife are totally breath-taking.

We want to share our insights with you, the visitor, and invite you to take advantage of our imaging, if such is your desire – either by way of ordering prints and other artefacts, or by licensing images for wider use.

Our Pricing

Where appropriate, all print, managed rights and other prices shown include VAT at the current rate. The company reserves the right to amend the price of any item without prior notice.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, choose the print or license you require and fill in your details. Then go to the checkout and pay.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Solo. You may send your credit card information securely over the Internet, using our encrypted payment links . We also are members of PayPal – just click on the appropriate button.

On completion of the order process you will receive an automated e-mail confirmation. Please keep this safe as it contains important information, including our internal order reference, which you would need to quote in the event of any query.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

No personal or financial details are left unencrypted on a remote server, and such details are never sent by internet email.

Payment policies

All transactions are set up on a pre-pay basis. Although WIN reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment.

Where credit facilites are negotiated, payment is due 14 days following the date of invoice. Account Customers granted Licenses will automatically have their license renewed at the end of the primary period unless notification of cancellation has already been given.

In situations where the card number on file is declined ITL will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, ITL reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The Customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the Customer sends a written cancellation request.

No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to Customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made. At this point the Customer's card will be charged automatically, or his account debited

All payment is taken in UK £ sterling.

You are required to have a valid credit/debit card and email address registered on your account at all times, failure to do so may result in suspension of your account.

Please note that whilst this email is primarily used for billing purposes, WIN reserves the right to email you information about enhancements to our systems and product offerings. Your email will not be passed to any other parties at any time.

General Terms and Conditions for use of this web site

These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Internet Traders Ltd, [ITL], a privately owned company incorporated in England and Wales, whose registered office is at Sherwood, Lover, Salisbury SP5 2PE.

Agreement between user and ITL

By entering the site you [Customer] accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of the changes.

Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold ITL harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against ITL, its agents, its Customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by Customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ITL against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with the ITL server; (2) any material supplied by Customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to Customer from the ITL server.

Copyright and Use of this Site

All rights, including copyright and database rights, in this website and its contents, are owned by or licensed to WIN/ITL, or otherwise used by ITL as permitted by applicable law.

All Images are copyright of WIN (Internet-Traders Ltd) and/or its licensors and are protected by the laws of United Kingdom, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. No ownership or copyright in any Royalty-free image will be transferred by the purchase of prints; similarly with Licensed Images no ownership or copyright will be transferred to the Licensee by the issuance of a License. WIN (Internet-Traders Ltd) retains all rights not expressly granted by any License Agreement.

In accessing these web pages, you agree that you will access the contents solely for your own private use, or subject to the terms and conditions of the License issued to you. Except as permitted above, you undertake not to copy, store in any medium (including in any other website), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, modify, or show in public any part of this website without the prior written permission of ITL or in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

The names, images and logos identifying WIN, ITL, or third parties and their products and services are proprietary marks of WIN/ITL and/or third parties. ITL reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.

ITL does not allow Adult material - including all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content or excessive download content or non-linked content to be stored on its servers:

Refusal of service based on content matching either of these two criteria is entirely at the discretion of ITL.

Pricing and payment

The current fees for our Royalty Free and Managed Rights products are set out on our website. Your completion of the order form and payment steps indicates your agreement for ITL to proceed with the order be cancelled or transferred to a different domain name registrar.

Notice

You agree that any notice or communications required by ITL to you shall be deemed to have been given if delivered by email.

Use of Information
